I've had a storage with this company for many years. A couple of times. Friendly. Fair price. Very please and if I even need another unit I would return to this location.
Staff not very helpful. I move around a lot, this is the first time I've had a storage unit company turn me away for not wanting to provide an emergency contact lol. They are willing to lose money over a phone number for a person who has nothing to do with or any responsibility for paying for the unit. Not a big deal especially because they aren't the most affordable units per square foot anyways.
My husband had to store our 1975 moving van because where it's at right now needed to be gone off the property everything I own is in it but they won't rent to us because they want 2010 to newer trucks i won't rent from them in the future not even a storage unit they are discriminating against older vehicles my stuff is in this truck and we need a place to put it today but no I won't deal with this storage unit
I called to reserve A storage unit for one month. He told me he had a 12 x 24 available and that was all that he had left. I told him great I would be happy to take it. He told he he didn't want to reserve it because he only had one left… Makes a lot of sense specially if you're a storage unit company who wants to actually fill their units. Called U-Haul storage right after they took great care of Me.
Honestly the worst place to store. They are racist and they adjust prices by bait and switch. NOT friendly what so ever. There have been a number of fires at their establishments to. Would not recommend. Be safe, people are living out of those
