Very easy and secure access. It was painless to get a unit rented.

I chose this storage facility due to its reasonable prices. Because I was on military orders and out of state, I have never physically visited the location and assessed their quality of security. I have had poor experiences with their quality of customer service and and timeliness, though; I had to wait 2+ weeks to receive the storage unit key they kept promising to mail me, and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic when I was highly economically affected, they charged me a 50% late fee 4 days after they texted me my payment was past due (which I was unaware of). The lady on the phone was abrupt and unfriendly. I work in customer service and have been employed by a small business owner in Chubbuck, ID, so I am extremely disappointed in the way Chubbuck Secure Storage chooses to operate their business. I would recommend opting for a branded storage company like U Haul if you are trying to safely store your belongings in Pocatello or Chubbuck.

Chubbuck Secure Storage has been fantastic to deal with. In need of a last minute storage unit while we're between homes, we found these guys and were lucky enough to get a storage unit. They were very accommodating to our situation. It's a newer facility and the unit was pristine. The way the units are designed, I don't have any real concerns about rodents or flooding.nnOverall, they were great to work with, the units are very nice and secure, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them, and will keep them in mind for future storage needs.
