Wonderful customer service!! They had questions about my the check I wrote I put the wrong unit number on it and they reached out to me to make sure about the info great people explained policy and everything, clean place also it's secured you have a code you put in 24_7 access thanks so much for being great!!
Difficult to get in front of the unit, because of the way snow is plowed, narrow driveways. The only payment method is by credit or debit, and they force you into automatic payment withdrawal. No onsite manager, horrible office.
They have a good amount of storage available. When we first got the unit it was straightforward and we got in pretty fast. Access is 24/7 and very easy. They have a lot of different sizes and options as well.
I have a storage unit there which I like because it is secured by a high fence and all you need to do is punch your personal code in and you are in and the prices are good too.
