We went there and all it is a health food store with cheap vitamins in the office. Kind of deceiving if you are asking me... No one is in the office at noon and can't talk to anyone about pricing. Good luck getting your money back if there is a problem.nBad reviews and problems everywhere easily found online. There are lots of more honest storage businesses in town that you might want to try, you will get a much better price and better service. disappointed.

Bad reviews, lots of one star reviews on Yelp. We waited for 2 hours for someone to show up so we can check the storage units and no one came to the office. We came back again three hours later and still no one there and no-one answers phones. Then finally a rude lady picked up the phone and told us that they sell emergency essentials ...like pots and pans. We found a much better prices and better reviews across the town. The stuff that they auction when you default on your payments is a scary thing. Andy

I have stored my personal stuff at big johns mini storage for over 25 years. They have been nothing but fantastic with me. They’ve treated me like their own child. They have amazing rates and quick customer service. They also have a camera system set up at their units that gives me that extra peace of mind when it comes to protecting my personal belongings. Their lock system is also very protective since someone with standard bolt cutters can’t just break into any unit. I will continue to store my belongings with Big Johns for years to come! VERY satisfied customer.

Major price increases/gouging. I called around to other storage businesses in Pocatello, how weird, those are ALL open, and their price are about 30% lower than this place. Finally when I did get through after trying for a week, they informed me that their prices just went up. Why , why is this place closed and their prices are way up and no one is answering their phones for days on end? Is this place still in business? I have been trying to call for the past week. How weird? what a bad deal. Will not call again and I went to a competition business that takes care of their customers. Roger

Bad reviews (about 20+) all over the Internet are flooding this outfit. The owner will always find excuse to explain any bad reviews. This guy is known all over town to charge to much and once you default on your agreement, he will auction your stuff. Go somewhere else, don't be a victim. Don't sigh any contracts with this guy. He auctioned my family's stuff because they were late on payment. He will get you sooner or later. We called the city of Pocatello and he has many complains on file. We found same size storage across town for about third less. He is just for the money. Protect your investment!
