Wendy's in Chubbuck has very friendly employees and very good food and service. On the other hand, the Wendy's in Pocatello ( including the drive through ) closed before 9pm - a very poor way to operate a business!!!

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a $5 bag and only got nuggets and fries. was missing my sandwich and didn’t realize until i got to work.

They ran out of there new flavor shake ....they didn't give me a straw for my drink they did give me my sauce for my nuggets ....they need to pay more attention to customer orders
