Armstrong Park

This park has a simple and small playground. Fortunately there are play components for both younger and older kids, including baby swings and regular swings. There is annThe park includes a large grassy field perfect for playing group games. There is a section of asphalt with a basketball hoop. Near the playground is a single shelter with several picnic tables. And there are several mature trees near the park, mostly north of the playground, which provide ample shade (just not onto the toys,so they still get hot in direct sunlight).

It's such a great place to contact people, meet new investigators, and play sports at! They take such good care of the grass and there's no graffiti like back in Compton! I haven't actually been to Compton but I feel like there's graffiti... Anyways, great place!

Great park for hanging out with friends.

Quiet park, off the beaten path. There is a pavilion with four wooden picnic tables. Two adult swings, two kiddie swings, metal slide, jungle gym, and a playground structure. There is plenty of grass to run around. No drinking fountain or bathrooms; probably because it is nested close to the homes of those who use it most. Only on street parking, but it is on two sides, so there is plenty. Several tress. Good place for a quiet place for the kids.
