Freckleton Park

Great place to hang out if you like watching trains

Freckleton Park is literally a couple of swings, some tables and a slide. I live nearby and my son loves to swing so we are here quite often. The swings have really long chains so you can swing really high. The slide is a very tall metal slide. However, the train tracks run parallel to the park without any fence to keep children from wandering on the tracks so make sure there are enough adults to watch your kids. Overall it's not a bad park, just not much for you to do.

Nice quite park

Nice and shady. Roght next to the tracks. No pavilion, old playground woth only a slide and 4 swings. Slide is 8' tall though amd the kids love it.

Safe, quiet place for a family picnic
