I was looking for an attorney with a pulse that would take on my Civil Rights case dealing with multiple Brady violations, police misconduct, prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation by Police and Probation for records request that were ignored. I was seeking Mr Muhonen considering he had 8 years as a State Trooper and expertise in crash scene investigation and assumed he would want to help clean up unethical law enforcement but I was told they help police and they can't help.

A good law firm is hard to find. Racine is a good one and I had to learn the hard way... I took my case elsewhere and then ended up going back to Racine. They really do care. To those who had/or having a bad experience, keep calling, and keep a record of when you call. Attorneys are busy people, and they usually respond to the most pressing matters first. This office does have a staff who cares. If you feel neglected (as I did), make sure to speak with someone who knows their schedule. They are probably not communicating for a specific reason that may be somewhat out of their control. I was sure glad I went back. I don't think you'll find a better firm in Pocatello.

Best place in town to get legal advice. We have worked with Pat several times and he is very knowledgeable, and an extremely hard worker. You can’t go wrong working with the attorneys at Racine.

I have used Racine Olson multiple times over the past several years with respect to my business. Most recently Nate Palmer helped me settle the estate of a relative who recently passed away. Each and every attorney I have associated with has been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I give them my highest recommendation.
