My 12 year old son goes to Chase Strong gym for a weights class 3 times a week. Coach Chase is amazing! Very attentive with my son and the other kids in the class! My son’s friends have mentioned how he’s getting stronger...I would highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Coach Chase for a little over 2 years. His methods and coaching are effective. I continue to see strength and endurance gains. Dude knows his stuff. Definitely would give a 5 ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f.
