I've tried to get in touch with these people for two weeks to find out about joining. I did not get a reply to my calls or emails.nIf this is how they treat a potential customer then I can only imagine how they treat people once they get them under some sort of contract.
Thomas is a grumpy owner with bad customer service. My friend and I got accused of dropping weights and he threatened to kick us out if we did it again. He wouldn't listen to us to even let us explain ourselves. I feel as though he unfairly targeted me because my membership is registered to another anytime gym. I have always tried to be responsible and respectful in this facility. I have had an anytime membership for approximately 6 years, and this was the last time that I will use this particular gym.
Just recently moved to Pocatello and was looking for a gym. I tried calling and sending emails but they never responded. I ended up going with Planet Fitness because I was impressed by their facilities and staff.
Very clean. Limited equipment. No stair stepper. But still a nice place. Only 1 bathroom for men and women. Shower in each so if someone wants to use the restroom while you are showing they can't. 5 Star is they had a stair stepper and dedicated showers.
I really like this gym. Tyler is very knowledgeable about nutrition and lifting.
