Faster than expected, new furnace works great! They were very thorough in making sure I was happy with the new product and understood what I needed about it.

I paid them to perform an honest evaluation on the system in the home I just bought, replace the furnace filter and replace the humidifier filter. The technicians told me that if I didn’t replace the entire heating unit, the CO2 levels in the house would be dangerous and they did not replace any filters since I needed to buy a new system. they also said my system wasn't installed to code yet it was permitted, installed and inspected in 2010.nnI had another company come in for a 2nd opinion. They stated that there was nothing wrong with the heat Exchanger except a little rust. They replaced the pressure switch and a couple hoses. I paid for parts and labor of $150.00, ran the unit for 2 hours while being monitored for CO2 with no greater than 220 ppm measurements. I believe that their technicians were less than honest.

Even after the city ordinance to wear masks, they did not show up with masks on and when I answered the door and put mine on, they acted put out that I asked them to wear theirs. They said they would be back later on Tues to finish the job. Then cancelled at 1pm saying there was an emergency. The owner, Wayne, promised they would be here Wed, so that I could have my stove in to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family. They never called and never showed. Anyone know how to microwave a Turkey???? Don't trust these people!!!!!!!!!!

I needed an inducer motor for my furnace and they got it in very quickly. Very friendly people that are easy to work with. I felt like they made fixing my problem a priority.

Great service. Showed up on a busy day. Got me going promptly. Tech was super knowledgeable and nice. Only took him a few minutes to fix.
