Oh My God! How did I not know about this wonderful place? My wife and I both had the Brisket dinner. The brisket was phenomenal. Great smoky flavor and fork-cutting tenderness. The baked potatoes were a bit undercooked, but not bad enough to not eat. The coleslaw was also great. I hate sweet coleslaw, and this one was just right!nWe will definitely be coming back to this place again, whenever we pass through Challis!

This is absolutely the 'real deal' if you want amazing smoked barbequed meat! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Wow, for a small hometown restaurant the prices are outstanding for the amount and quality of food you get!nThe owners are incredibly nice and the food is so flavorful and delicious! You cannot go wrong with this place! We ordered the tri tip, brisket and the pulled pork. My favorite side was the homemade coleslaw and we tried them all except the chips. Definitely my new favorite sit down for date night, or take the whole family restaurant!
