Sales and parts are five stars all the way but the service department has very little to be desired.
Have not bought from them yet - but it really was a night and day different 1st experience dealing with them over the phone regarding a potential out of state RAM 1500 purchase.. Experience was so good I would fly to them from Los Angeles and drive back vs buying local to me... Great communication via text ... we will see where it goes from here..

A year ago I vowed to never go to their service dept. again, but my Chrysler coded so I made the mistake of going there for help. They are not honest or forthcoming! I will never go there again!
We didn't plan on buying a truck yesterday, but we did, and all because we were treated fairly, with respect and came out with a great deal.nnOur saleslady, Leslie, was very attentive to our needs, and she did all the right work to actually get us to drive there and see the truck.nnThe sales manager, Johnny, was forthcoming, honest and extremely accommodating. His agreement to what was important to us, sealed the deal.nnEd, the general manager, passed by, and he was also instrumental in closing the deal and making us comfortable with the purchase.nnAll in all, 5-star service, and exactly how you acquire a customer for life!!!
