We recently purchased a 2019 Outback from Samantha Priest at Phil Meador Subaru. The Subaru reputation was what we were attracted to but then we met with Sam. I've worked customer service for over 30 years and Sam is a 5 star expert at customer service. Sam listened to us, heard what we said and gave us options on car types, sizes, design and prices. Sam used our time wisely and was very efficient with the paperwork. Family and friends told us about how wonderful Subaru is, Sam made it a reality. Thank you Sam. Thank you Phil Meador for giving Pocatello the best Subaru experience.

Sam Priest is an excellent sales person. She introduced me to the Upgrade Program and then walked me through the steps. Made the process simple and pleasant. Finance worked hard to get me the best financing I could have ever expected. Staff personable and friendly and makes getting a new car painless.

Enjoyable buying experience with Skylar's help to find the Subaru model perfect for our specific needs. Nice inventory to choose from. I'm happy we could purchase locally. Our new car replaced one we bought 15 years ago from Phil Meader Toyota. We are happy return customers.

Purchasing a new Subaru Ascent was a great experience at Phil Meador Subaru. I worked with Sam Priest. She was very knowledgable, straight forward, and helpful. She gave me a great overview of all of the features in the car and clearly explained the costs of any upgrades. I’ve contacted her a few times after my purchase with additional questions and she quickly responds. I highly recommend working with her. Also, I financed the car through Subaru and worked with Matthew Bresnyan. He was wonderful as well. I had a few questions about my loan a few weeks after the purchase and he got right back to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Best of all, I really love my new car! It has great pickup and all of the features I wanted.
