Curlew National Grassland

Beautiful countryside. Especially loved the little town of Rockland

I love it out here. Very few folks make it out this way and I like it like that. Its always a quiet, beautiful place for a hike.

Isolated country road on the prairie with very little traffic makes for a comfortable drive.

A hidden gem for dry camping in your RV. ADA spot can be reserved and is level with wonderful views. Other spots are well managed. A bit of a drive on a gravel road but doable in most RVs. Cheap camping rates and great areas for large groups. Next to a reservoir which you can swim in but not accessible for those with walking issues. This shouldn't stop you from visiting this Federal camp area. Next time to Snowville we will definitely stay here.
