I’ve eaten at many RR and they are always really good! This was the worst.nService was bad: super slow to get our drink order, then forgot what we ordered within 30 seconds of us saying it, and our order came out wrong, they forgot the side salad, burgers were supposed to be pink and they were dry and overdone. Which isn’t a surprise considering these thin little wisps for patties. Usually you get a juicy, nice sized burger. These were fast food sized patties. Lame.nThe bacon was pre-cooked and rubbery like you would get at a fast food sandwich shop. The Smoke and Pepper one had no sauce at all on it. Avocado was overripe and had brown fibers. The bread on my Mad Love burger was smashed down paper thin within the first couple bites.nReally just an all around awful meal and don’t have intentions of going back to this location!

The food is good but I'm more impressed by the customer service. I knocked my drink over and before my boyfriend could even move to help me I had three lovely ladies bring me a new drink, a towel to clean myself up, and cleaned up our table for us. I've never experienced such on the spot customer service. Thank you guys!

The service at this Red Robin was very friendly and accommodating. They wiped down our table with a disinfectant wipe an extra time before we sat down. Any special request we made was eagerly attended to, and things we asked for were promptly delivered. The burger cook did an excellent job! Our burgers were perfectly cooked to our liking. The bathrooms were also very well kept, which is always nice.

Red Robin burgers are my favorite. They did not disappoint on the burger. However the service did match the quality of the burger. I received my beautiful burger and was excited to partake but needed the necessary condiment of ketchup. I requested my ketchup and they said, “Yes, right away..” However the ketchup did not show up right away. I ended up asking 4 different people for it. Finally, they all showed up at the same time 5 minutes after I asked originally. So although the service was slow and a little scattered, they ultimately delivered and I walked away happy.

Took my wife on a date here. Food was amazing, and our server was on the ball with refill and fries. I'm pretty sure we had our drinks before the waiter even left the table. I was very impressed.
