Good customer service the female that was working that night is a a good soul and hearted person because I was parked in the back with my RV last week and has having problem with my dog he got out and ran off towards the hotel right there and she actually come running out and offer to help and make sure we're all right and not many people do that today and I respect that and I respect any place like that so thank you guys and thank you woman whoever you are I don't remember your name but I appreciate the gesture and hopefully more people end up having that respect towards people again these days

I just got home from ordering from the drive thru. I usually love Arby’s but I was super disappointed with this visit. I ordered the beef and cheddar meal with a side of Mac and cheese. First of all the lady who took my order was not friendly AT ALL. Which I understand for the most part fast food isn’t the most enjoyable job. When I got to the window she asked for my payment then handed my card back without saying anything else. She handed me my shake, again without saying anything and closed the window. I sat in the drive thru for literally 20 min waiting for my food. While I was sitting there one of the other girls kept coming over to the drink machine with no mask, and pouring herself little sips of the soda and drinking it out of the cup. With a pandemic that we are in, I find it a extremely unsanitary, and it made me honestly kind of nervous. When I finally got handed my food, nothing was said about the wait time or anything else. The girl just handed me my food and said have a good night snd shut the window. When I reached in my bag for my food I took a fry out and it was literally cold. I couldn’t believe it. I just pulled out my sandwich and it’s cold too. The only thing that’s luke warm is my Mac and cheese. I will not be returning to this location again, maybe not even Arby’s in general. I was extremely disappointed.

The lady at the drive thru was so sweet especially since we had to drive across town cuz the one that is on Yellowstone ran out of roast beef last night I still can't wrap my mind around that one that's what Arby's r known for their roast beef sandwiches
