Fuji Japanese steakhouse is a must eat in Pocatello! Their food is absolutely delicious. They're yum yum sauce is amazing and brings me back time and time again. If you have a little extra time and a decent sized group I highly suggest sitting around the grill and taking in the entertainment of the chef!
Called early in the day to make a reservation. They told us we would be fine and did not save us a spot. We arrived and it was over an hour wait. And they aren't enforcing mask policy. We we're planning a special night and we tried to prepare properly by making a reservation and they ruined our night. Happy Valentine's day I guess we got big Macs instead of a nice dinner.
Terrible experience. Took my husband who loves sushi to dinner for his birthday and they were not accommodating at all to my dietary requests. I have been there when the sushi chef will make a roll with cucumber on the outside and no rice and more times than the once or twice they wont. This is very frustrating when we want to enjoy a meal out and they keep changing the consistency of whether or not they will. Please talk with your sushi chefs of what they will or wont do.
Came here with my friends and had a great time! Great food and great service. They also serve great vegetarian meals!
Great food fun environment. I met up with some friends I hadn't seen in a while and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of sushi, and the Hamachi chef was excellent!
