Campground is awesome and spacious but new caretaker (younger guy with a beard) was extremely rude to pretty much everyone camping over the course of the weekend for the softball tournament that was hosted at the fields right next to the campground. Threatening to “kick everybody out” for having the butt end of a corner of a vehicle LITERALLY less than a foot (not exaggerating) in the road. The list goes on... I’m all about rules and being respectful but it was a bit much.

We really appreciated the personal service and friendly people at this very nice park. The space was large and clean and had greet shade and a fire ring. The lake is beautiful and a great view. We had a issue with our hot water heater and Chris helped us get it fixed quickly and efficiently.nnGreat area for the dog and we thought the walks for him gave us a lot of variety.nnYou do hear the trains. They go on a random schedule but you get use to them.nnThe town of American Falls is cute and really friendly.nnOnly note is we wish the bathrooms were nicer and cleaner. One shower per men/women and they are tired.nnGreat place, we’d stay again.

Great RV park. The RV pads are nice and spacious with a nice piece of grass and trees next to each one with picnic table and fire pit. Power, water, and sewer were all easily accessible and worked well. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. When we asked if some extra family could come stay at the last minute they were very helpful about finding a space for them. We like that the marina is so close to the campground so that we can get out on the water easily. Really appreciate that the hosts at Willow Bay actually want you there, unlike a lot of places where the hosts seem annoyed that they have to put up with you.

Amazing staff and owners! They all go the extra mile for you to make your stay the best it can be. We stay here a lot during the summer and I would recommend it to anyone!

Came from Las Vegas and found this gem of a RV Campground. We were only suppose to stay 1 week but we loved the campsite so much that we extended our stay another week.nThey have pull through and back in spaces available. There’s plenty of shade at almost all the spots. They have a gift shop/restaurant there. We never checked it out due to me being high risk because of my health. But it looked cool from outside. At that shop you can blow up your rafts too. They must have a compressor outside. The RV sites have FULL HOOKUPS(water, electricity, sewer) . Almost all sites have trees and grass that overlooks the beautiful lake. Your practically on the water. There’s also a park to next to the RV sites. The park has a swing set and 3 horseshoe pits. My son really enjoyed that park. The water is kinda chilly but in summer heat it does feel good. They also sell FIREWOOD there too. $5 a bundle. There’s also a free shower there and washer and dryer. Bring quarters because they don’t have enough to spare for washing.nFishing : they have great fishing there. I didn’t get a chance to fish because the way Idaho does there fishing license sucks. It’s $18 initial fee and then $5 per day extra. Idaho expects you to say at time of purchase how many days your going to fish for. If you don’t say exactly how many days your fishing then you have to pay another $18. I couldn’t figure out my fishing schedule because it rained quite a bit when we were there so I would have just wasted my money. BUT I know fishing is good there because I watched people off shore fish and kayak fish and they were catching bass right in front of me with lures.nnStaff: the campsite host was name Jason. He’s a really cool guy with a ZZ Top style beard . He was very professional and helpful. He knew I was high risk health wise and he respected my wishes to social distance every time . As a matter of fact he also helped me go to there gift shop a few times for purchases and got my amazon mail that I had delivered there and he brought everything to my trailer. Jason went out of his way to help us. We truly appreciated him. His son also helps out around the camp. He was super friendly and helpful also. I forget his sons name though. Sorry.nChris who I think is the owner there is also super friendly and helpful too. He was very professional and takes pride in his park . Thanks for everything guys!! You guys definitely made it very relaxing for us to stay there!!!nnMy advice: bring plenty of mosquito spray! You will NEED it! And be careful of walking in the grass bare foot. I think I got hit by a blister beetle there. I got 4 HUGE blisters from either a allergic reaction to mosquitoes or it was a blister bug.nnWe definitely HIGHLY recommend this RV campground and will definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!
