Wouldn't give even 1 star. Made appointments to get tattoos for myself and my best friends. Tried to call a half dozen times. Went straight to voicemail. Searched on Facebook showed a post saying shop was closed! Did not notify us of being closed. Didn't answer. Terrible business and customer service. Drove a 3 hours for this.

I messaged her asking about a last minute appointment, as I was traveling and only going to be in town for a few more days. She said she could fit me in at 4 the next day. A bit before 4 when trying to find her business I quickly realized the address she had on her website was not up to do date and after messaging her for directions with no response, had to find it on my own. Once I arrived there 5 minutes before 4, I knocked on the door and there were no lights on or anyone inside the building. Waited 10 more minutes for her to show up before I texted her, (once again to no response) and then called her and she didn’t pick up. I waited outside her business till 4:30 for 30 minutes before I left. No communication from her day of- even after calling her multiple times and messaging her. Very frustrating and unprofessional. She still has not contacted me. Would not recommend.

Wasn't very impressed with the customer service skills. My tattoo healed very weird, and I take care of my ink very well and never had problems prior with tats. Didn't leave a tip, because they weren't all that nice. And rubbed me the wrong way. I'm aware not everyone in this world is ment to get along. And I'm not trying to criticize negativity. But I just hope this gets taken as a learning experience from both parties. ud83dude0a

Taylor is amazingly talented and gifted I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!
