Junkyard Bistro

A true 'hole in the wall' in the best of ways. The menu is varied, providing options for most diners, from Mongolian noodles, to sandwiches, to build your own pastas. And the quality each time I have been here has been top notch. It looks like a tiny bar from first glance but their menu holds gems I would expect at a truly fantastic restaurant.

What a find here in Salmon, ID! Amazing customer service, fun vibe, easy going and their food is delicious! Some of the best homemade desserts we have ever tasted. Even bought aome of their incredible metal artwork! Love thus find!

Simply amazing. By far the best place for lunch and dinner in Salmon. Some of my favorite items are the garlic burger and the Philly cheese steak. I'd definitely recommend their soup of the day as well.

What a pleasant surprise. Junkyard Bistro was our grub pit stop in Salmon ID. We went in not expecting much and were very happy with the food quality and the beer prices. We were sitting at the bar, and were very well taken care of as well. Will go again for sure.

It's a bar that can be kind of easy to miss. I wish the menu was a little more extensive, but I can live with it I suppose; I'll just stick with the garlic aioli burger next time I go. It was phenomenal! Good place to stop for lunch.nnEdit: Went back again, got the garlic aioli burger again, and it was every bit as good as I remember it.
