Beaver Mountain Ski Area

Loved our experience skiing here! My hubby grew up as a seasoned skier, but me and our kids have not. They did beginner group lessons and I took a private lesson with Alex. He was so patient with me, a middle-aged mom just learning to ski for the first time. He’s a GREAT teacher and very fun. The kids’ group instructor was also great. His name was Sam. We all had a great time. Hubby and I loved it so much we went back again and I got another lesson with Alex and even started skiing parallel. ud83dude03ud83dudc4dud83cudffc Sarah at the ski school was also incredibly kind. The people in the rental shop are super helpful and efficient. They really try to get you set up and out quickly, which is very helpful. Had a great time at Beaver Mountain today. What a great little resort. So much beginner areas for new skiers. My wife took our 4 older kids and I took my 3 year old for his very first ski experience. I rented skis. It was super easy and cheap. Great selection of good skis to choose from. My little guy did great for his first time.nnWe had a great lunch in the lodge. I got a bacon cheeseburger no bun, with a side salad. Food was great. Probably the best burger I have had at any ski resort in years.

Beaver Mountain is my favorite ski resort! I love that it is family owned and all about the skiing. It’s small but with plenty of skiing options. The snow is great! The staff are fantastic and will always great you with a smile. The price is really unbeatable.

Coming from Florida for spring break with the family, this is the best ski experience we could have asked for. The customer service from every employee there is like no other. One employee seen us struggling and sent one of the trainers Mr. Ray to come help us out, we appreciated it so much. We ate at the grill there for lunch, the food was hot and delicious and the staff is so welcoming. This place is a must go to, keep up the amazing job you all do to keep this Gem running the way you all do.

My young family spent 3 days here during our spring break. We live in Colorado, but the resorts in CO have out-priced many families. Beaver Mtn is amazing!!!! Affordable lift tickets, delicious food, friendly staff and beautiful terrain. It was a perfect trip. Thank you!
