Bloomington Lake Trail Head

Great short family friendly hike. The drive getting to the trail head is a dirt road the is fairly rough and not very wide. When cars are passing someone will have to pull over to allow room for the vehicle to pass. The hike is about a mile. Great views. If you go early enough in the season you can slide down the snow into the Lake. We did the rope swing and it was great.

A amazing place great for kids and dogs along way deep in the mountains. Hiking trails are beautiful a few beautiful lakes.

Definitely do. Easy hike, though not so easy you want to bring a wagon... Lol. Kid friendly. Beautiful glacial lake. Careful on the rope swing...
