We drove to this dealership from Ogden to look at a specific truck and we absolutely loved it! There was a couple minor things the sales guy said the dealership could fix before we purchased it. We were ready to sign paperwork or put a deposit down and willing to drive back up once the fixes were done to pick up the truck. The salesman (super friendly guy) said there was no need to do paperwork or a deposit at that time and he’d hold the keys in his office so we could call back the next morning and do a deposit over the phone. It was around 5:30 pm so maybe it was close to closing? Not sure why he wanted us to call back in the morning. So we left feeling confident and excited for this new purchase! My husband called back in the morning to get the deposit going and the salesman informed my husband that the truck was no longer available. Not even 24 hours later it somehow got sold from underneath us! Again we were willing and ready to do a deposit or paperwork for the loan, which we were pre approved for, but he made it seem like we would be safe to wait until the next day. Again super friendly guy, not impressed with the service! We were really hoping it would work out, but super disappointed of how it all went down. Let me just say that West Motor Ford went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that they admitted they made. They did everything in their power to make it up to me and made me feel genuinely cared for and taking care of. My salesman Jerry never left me hanging and made sure I had the best possible service available that West motor could give. Admittedly I was pretty angry about the mistake but West Motor and Jerry gave it their all to make sure I was 100% satisfied in the end.

What a great place to do business! Super friendly and helpful Parts Manager Mike. He went beyond what I expected to help me and take care of my problem. Wow, really appreciate his great attitude.

Very helpful with my concerns for my truck. I needed to figure out a code that was on my truck (1995 so it's an OBD1 reader which I had to get the code from the odometer area) and they were able to tell me right away what the code meant. Unfortunately it happens to be a cluster issue which means that they'd have to get into my dashboard to figure it out. I was a little bit disappointed that I had to wait a week for them to get in there and look at it. But the price they quoted me for it was great as I was expecting it to be much higher.bwith those prices I'll be returning for their service.
