Aaron from the state park service gave a very entertaining, family friendly, educational tour. The tour is an hour long and covers the history and formation of the cave as well as it’s continued growth and the scientific studies conducted there. Our noon tour filled up so if you make the trip, come a bit early and bring a sweater shirt and flashlight along. Aaron even introduced a black light to show the phosphorescence of some of the formations. Very cool! Would go again.

Bring your discovery pass for the parking. Enjoy a stroll on the path through the forest and get signed up for a tour through the caves. There are also some other paths to explore nearby if you feel like hiking.

No big cave. Local staff conduct guided tours. The girl who was with us had a delightful excursion! The wild forest is around and this cave is very well combined and worthy to be here. If you are a cave specialist, you may not be delighted. There is mold in the cave and it will be good if you take a respirator

It is a guided tour into the caves. Erica was our guide. Very knowledgeable. Stairs with rails, go down down down. Amazing to see stalamite formations. It is lighted, but what goes down comes back up for activity level.
