Came in close to close with no appointment and only spent about 35 minutes waiting on my car. I got to watch them change my oil which was awesome. The mechanic communicated everything with me was super awesome and friendly. Definitely my new favorite place to get an oil change.
I love Grease Monkey! They are fast and thorough. They always leave a cute little flower on my dash too. Highly recommend.
Stopped in to have trans fluid checked on a Vette because I had a car on my rack. They got me in fast and didn't charge. Thanks to Nate and the Grease Monkey crew!
I was in and out in less than a half hour on a Saturday. No appointment needed. I was greeted as I pulled up. I'll be back!
I got my breaks serviced here. They replaced my rotors, break pads and one caliper. I had to bring it back the first time because the caliper they replaced wasn't properly secured and it was constantly rubbing.
I brought it back. They said they secured the caliper.
I took my truck home only to hear a constant rattling noise when I wasn't breaking. I had to drive back a second time for them to fix it again.
I have never had to take a vehicle to a mechanic shop 3 times for a simple break and rotor replacement.
10/10 will never go back.
