Got a car and have only had 3 weeks and its messing up and they wont fix it or even help fix it!!!!nWill not go back there!
“We make it easy” to trick you into an insurance policy you don’t want. I bought a used vehicle on May 12th and unknowingly signed up for an entire insurance policy. My salesman told me it came with the car. My mom was with me and heard him say this too. I didn’t know I was being scammed into a $3,000 policy.nnI’ve called Glockner Honda Toyota 4 times now to cancel. I have been told 3 times to make sure I call back to check on the status of my pending refund. I haven’t received one apology or new information.nnI called my bank and they told me that they have to deal with this all of the time. They said to constantly call the dealership to make sure I get my money and to tell them to write me a paper check because they will say it “got lost in the mail.”nnI was so excited to get such a good car for a good deal, but I’m not sure if it was worth this headache.
My husband and I drove 3 hours to check out a car we saw online. Trent helped us. I wasn’t sure about my original vehicle choice so Trent offered to show us any of the cars we were interested in. He spent a lot of time with us and let us check out all of our options. We found a vehicle we loved and a great salesman!
