They do not answer the phone. They would not come out to my property in Cub river

Don't answer their phone. Won't pick up their tank after 1 year of calling. Don't return calls when they say they are going to. Will never work through Amerigas again. One of the worst experiences we have had! I would put zero stars, but it made me put in at least one.

The Preston Idaho office is fantastic...always willing to help at a moment's notice & get business done as quickly as possible. I especially appreciate how they 'listen' to me when I call. :)
