I met Shawn (owner) locally in Bonners Ferry and decided to bring my car by his shop for repair of front end damage done by someone backing into me in a parking lot. The NIC crew did a great job finding and repairing all damage, working with my insurance company, handling the rental car situation, and keeping me up to date through the repairs, which resulted in low hassle for me (thanks!). They did an excellent job getting the dents/pits out, replacing the headlights and bumper, and making sure everything fit properly when they were done. The repair was done in a timely manner, the repainted body work looks awesome, and I'm happy with their work. They went above and beyond by doing some cleaning work inside my car, which I appreciated. Thanks NIC!
