I work at the Ponderay Curves. I have coached high levels of competitive gymnastics. Traveled all over the United States for competitions and for education for physical excellence. Working and coaching along with Gymnastics Olympian’s and international Olympic coaches. I offer coaching from average daily living exercises to intense workouts. Currently getting my personal training certification so come in to see me! A fantastic facility for a community of women to be the best you!

I'm in year 12 as a dedicated Curves member! From NY to NM to ID, this is by far the finest club I have been in. Barb keeps it up to date and beautiful, coaching is included with membership, and the support, encouragement and fun are inspiring. This is the most efficient use of your workout time there is!
