Do not judge this book by its cover. This little lady has hands that can crush rocks and yet she can be gentle as a lamb. I've had massages all over the world, Alicia gives the best. I always book a massage with her whenever I visit North Idaho. She is very in tune with what her clients need and truly cares about their wellbeing.
