Bonners Ferry BJJ

We have been part of Bonners Ferry BJJ since they open up 5 years ago. Sam is excellent teacher, with good communication skills. Both Sam, and Diana have friendly, professional attitude.

Great group of people. Outstanding instruction and always welcoming regardless of jiu jitsu affiliations. I don’t live in Bonners Ferry and this is not my home academy but it feels like home when I drop in. They have outstanding jiu jitsu for both kids and adults! With the Apex fitness program in the same building it’s a one stop shop. Professor Sam Brown is great at building teams and he has done a fantastic job bringing world class jiu jitsu to Bonner’s Ferry. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area.

Sam is the best coach I've had for any sport. He is really good at explaining JJ in a way that translates well for a new guy. Plus he will take a simple move and make it twice as deadly because he understands how to make it work in competition. Highly recommend this school it's worth traveling to get the training.

Not only can the instructor Sam fight, he can teach. Rare to see that good combo. From warmup to cooldown a great class. Definitely should check it out.

Had a great time training with Sam and some of his students. They went out of their way to open the gym while I was in town, which is amazing. Who knew Bonners Ferry could have such high level jiu jitsu?!? I can’t wait to return next time i’m there.
