OG Yoga

Hot yoga in Boise has reached a new level with OG Yoga. I have experienced Hot Yoga a few times locally and have a little experience with Bikram but I am not well trained and my postures are off. I was nervous about going back to a hot yoga class after taking some time off. Both Nicole and Jamie were great working with me, got me back into the Bikram practice and were very professional and friendly instructors. The studio is in a great location in downtown Boise and the huge windows make for a great atmosphere. I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern feel of the studio… it made for a great hot yoga experience. Thanks OG!
