Absolutely terrible people on the HOA board. The kind of people who are always looking to get your car towed. Went to the HOA meeting and they just talked about how they go around taking pictures of people's cars to get them towed. Guy named Bret is the one who actively watches for cars to tow. Great guy.
My house is getting renovated and I have been staying in the condos near here as a visitor, I keep getting tow notices on my car saying that they are going to tow me because I am not a visitor but I am. Whether I'm a visitor or not there is no rules in the HOA CC&R saying that a tenant cannot park in a visitor's parking spot. I have found footprints in my sisters garden and I have found handprints all over her window from HOA here cleaning gutters that aren't even near the window. This place is a sad excuse for all the money they are getting paid.
We were told HOA would find a resolution for parking since everyone was making complaints, instead they turned around and made new rules to screw everyone over and not get sued for towing peoples cars. I will be moving because of this. No human decency at all.. Horrible people!!
The tow notices in visitor parking is ridiculous, I'm a visitor but keep getting notices. Absolutely ridiculous.
