The food is good, but the Layton. Utah location has some serious issues. Almost everytime we go they never get the order right. We're always shorted food. We paid for it, but never got what we ordered. Also the drive thru is a disaster. One lane is always out of order forcing cars to wait in the road. Avoid this location!
They're always super slow! We got two meals today and they asked if we wanted to wait for more spicy tenders. The girl said it would be about 4-5 minutes. We pulled forward and almost ten minutes later they gave us the food but when we got home we saw that all TEN of the tenders (between our two meals) were not spicy. Complete waste because we don't even like the non spicy tenders. Didn't even eat them and they wouldn't answer the phone when I called about it.
Only really get the spicy chicken sandwich, line was going through quick and the size of the chicken sandwich was enough for 2 alone. Highly recommended.
The drive through is shockingly slow but the food always comes out good.
Best popeyes in the area. Not everyone can reach it however
