Kind of ran across these guys by accident while looking for a repair for our furnace. So glad we did! Shout out to Nigel, Mason and Zack! After deciding that we didn't want to throw that much money at a 16 year old furnace, we decided to get it replaced. Nigel gave us all our options, as well as his opinion and professional recommendation. He was very patient and genuinely wanted to help us find the best furnace for us. The next day Mason and Zack came to install the new furnace. Very professional and friendly. Shoe covers worn at all times, and tarps on the floors to protect our carpet. They worked very efficiently, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The final bill was exactly what they quoted us. Great guys! Great company! They have a new customer for life!

Very professional, and they went above and beyond. I originally called Just Right Heating because my heat kept going on and off, they came to do an inspection and ended up shutting the furnace down because it was a risk to keep running it, then told me they were out a week for replacements and that I might want to get a couple heaters (this was in January and very cold).nI called around to see if I could get it replaced sooner, and as soon as Utah's Best showed up, I felt like they truly cared. The inspector brought me in two heaters before they even knew they had the job and had a replacement ready to be installed the next day. The price was better than anywhere else, and their service was done with a smile. The two installers worked a really long day in order to get the furnace running for me that night, when they could have easily told me they needed another day instead.nHighly recommend!

Their name speaks for itself! They really are, Utah’s Best. Our heater went out this last weekend while my husband was out of town. I was really nervous to have to deal with it while he was away, but they made everything easy! Fair pricing and an honest company. We had Isaac, who was absolutely incredible. Thank you again! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

After my family and I moved into a new home we quickly had severe allergies, especially when the furnace was running - and there was plenty of dust coming out of the vents as well - We called Utah’s Best Heating and Air and they sent Cole over to give us some options. At first it seemed a little pricey, but Cole thoroughly explained the cleaning process and assured us we were getting what we were paying for. BOY WAS HE RIGHT!! As soon as he left we noticed a drastic difference with allergies and air quality! And within a few days nobody had any allergies!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Utah’s Best Heating and Air for a DUCT CLEANING. Cole did an AMAZING JOB!! We definitely will be calling again in a few years for another cleaning!!

I have used Utah’s best heating and air a few times now. They always have had great communication and deliver excellent customer service. They are honest and straight forward. This time I needed my water heater replaced. Issac and Austin did an excellent job. They not only answered my many questions but provided care far beyond my expectations. I’m grateful I have found a local company that has their customers best interest in mind to help me as we own our home.
