LOOK NO FURTHER! I retained Justin Caplin for a very complicated divorce and child custody case. When I began working with Justin I was completely taken aback with his genuine compassion and sincere approach taken with my case; for the first time I felt taken seriously. Justin is someone who truly has his clients best interest in mind; he will fight for you and most importantly he will intelligently analyze *your* personal situation and provide several scenarios that might give you a different outcome with each one. I appreciate someone who has the intellectual ability to forecast what could happen whether I choose choice A, B, or C, for example. I never felt rushed, instead I felt informed and FINALLY had someone who sought justice for me. I would hire him every time, and refer anyone to him. Not to mention before moving to St. George he worked at one of the most prestigious law firms in SLC/UT county. He has the experience and the knowledge to fight for the most important people-YOU!
