I have been coming here over a decade to do my taxes and as the years have gone by their customer service and willingness to help has gotten really bad. I needed some updates on my taxes I did not see it deposited for 2 months I called to see if they could assist me with figuring out what was going on and I got a very negative response of we don't know we did our part call the irs and figure it out with them. It's very unfortunate that there customer service has gotten so bad I really enjoyed doing business with them up untill now.

Loved the people there everything was amazing I go there every year and absolutely love there service thank you so much

As far as taxes. They have awful customer service. They don't explain anything to you.
