I needed my tires balance. I told Herb they were 16" tires. I got a quote of $10. per tire for balancing. After the work was done the bill was about $12. per tire plus tax. I said to Herb you quoted me $10. per tire. He said well there are different types of 16" wheels and these are more. If he is going to quote a price why didn't he ask what type of tire I had. The owner Jack was listening to all this when he started yelling that if I went some place else the price would have been $15. per tire. I told him that I got a quote of $10. per tire from Discount Tire and he said I was wrong, that their price is $15. per tire. I'm not wrong about the quote I got. I have run a business for forty years and if I give a quoted price I stick to it. What is so sad about this transaction. Is that I have purchased tires from Larkin tires before and have been happy. The fact that the owner of the business went out of his way to be confrontational about a $6. I overcharge when he should of said if that's what we quoted you then that's what we will charge you. For $6. he has lost a customer for future sales plus a bad review. I should also mention that the tires lug nuts were torqued at 150Lbs on one side of my vehicle and 120Lbs on the other. There workers are not very competent. I will not recommend Larkin Tire in the future. All the people that I have sent there will hear about my bad experience. I feel that the owner Jack Larkin is comb when things are going his way. But if there not he has a really short fuse.

I have never seen such service from any business in the auto industry. I was treated like gold. The last time I got new tires I waited for over an hour. At Larkin, they told me it would take 20 to 25 minutes and after just 15 minutes I was told the work was finished. These people don't cut any corners. I felt very taken care. Larkin has a new customer for life.

I loved my expierens here every time I have needed maintenance on my car they were the people I would go to. They are always super nice and always get the work needed on my car done in a fast and timely manner. They are always reliable and I have never not been happy with the quality of work they do.

A lot better than the other shop in town. Great services and honest folks, just like grandpa's shop. Highly recommend this shop for those that are looking for honest shop in UT.

Helped me with a nail in my tire that Discount wouldn’t fix. Got me in and out in 20 minutes! Staff was kind! Happy with the result and the cost.
