Grizzle-T Dog & Sled Works

The best most memorable experience for our family this week at Steamboat, paws down! Grizzle-T’s is the absolute best - friendly crew and extremely professional, they LOVE their dogs and are eager to let you share in this by letting you pet their sweet pups. Sled was surprisingly very comfy for myself (6mo pregnant) and our 3yo daughter. The owners did a fantastic job teaching my husband how to drive the team of dogs in less than 10 minutes and make sure you don’t have any gaps in your gear. Get there early to get bonus facts on their amazing team- we got to meet one of their dogs who has run in the Iditarod 3 times and is still very lively at 16! The trail also gives great views of the Colorado wilderness where elk migrate through. Make a reservation at Grizzle-T’s and it will be the highlight of your vacation!!

What a wonderful experience. My husband and I went yesterday and it was a unique experience that we both enjoyed. The staff was great and the dogs are true athletes. Thank you for a great time and for letting us thank (pet) our dog team after. I loved this so much!

Such a memorable day dog sledding! We loved seeing how happy and eager the dogs were and enjoyed driving our own sled. Matt was a great guide! The owners and staff all seemed to really care about their dogs and making sure everyone had fun! I highly recommend if you’re in the Steamboat area!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this experience. The dogs are amazing and so well taken care of- you can tell they are loved! I would recommend this to any one. It is a once in a lifetime experience, for sure!! Our guide Jacob was hands down amazing! This is a must do while in Colorado!!!

This was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever done! My husband and 2 kids decided to do the dog mushing tour and are so happy we did! I was a bit nervous at first but everyone on their staff was so extremely informative and helpful that within a few minutes we got the hang of it and had a blast. We can’t say enough great things about this company. We definitely recommend Grizzle T!
