It's pretty interesting but we thought there would at least be a place to pull into or a marker there with some information about Finger Rock since it seems to be a landmark but its basically just a drive by and wave bye rock
In the middle of nowhere, this volcanic plug just jumps out at you on the road to Steamboat (Hwy 131 north), passing thru the Yampa valley area. Nice view. Good spot to stretch your legs.
