We pulled our new 2020 RV into Winter Park to ski. When we went to bring our slide-out back in, it came in wonky, and the rear was about 2inches off from the front. It was stuck out about 2/3's of the way, meaning we could not drive and were stuck in our spot. As RV'ers know, this can be bad, especially in instances where there is no overnight parking. In a bind, we were calling everyone we could, from Denver to Vail. We hollered at Pete's, and Gary, who was about 3 hours out from seeing us, though he let us know that he might be there earlier. An hour later he was with us, helping assess the issue. It seems as if the slide was racked a bit, and through pushing we could not get it back in place. We checked all of the areas that we thought could be causing the issue with no luck. The owner's manual was of little help, and it seemed as if we may be removing paneling to get to the motors and gear box. Calling Holiday Rambler, Gary was able to work with their technicians to assess the issue, re-calibrate our slide out, and power one motor to bring the slide back online. Our slide out is now fully functional, and the kicker: this process taught me everything I need to know to handle this on my own in the future. Gary was an absolute help in all of this. Though he was unsure of the situation at first, after taking a look at everything, he came up with the correct prognosis, and was able to walk through all steps with the tech on the phone to get everything back in place. As a new RV owner, these issues are stressful, and this was a breath of fresh air, TACKLING THE ISSUE HEAD ON, finding the solution, and not bs'ing anyone. Gary did everything in his power to find the solution, and then fixed it. Great guy. Good conversation, kind, helpful, and patient with a young couple dealing with an issue that would keep them immobile. Thank you so much. This is your guy.

Pete's Towing came to the rescue for me when I was locked out of my car on a cold night. they were quick, professional and most importantly, got the job done and I was able to get back in my car and get warm again. Pete’s was great. Called him to help with a lockout. He was a little late getting to me because he stopped to help out two others stuck in the ditch on the way. He didn’t want to leave them stranded. This is the kind of good people I enjoy dealing with.
