Possibly the best car service experience I’ve ever had. Staff is very courteous. Store is clean. Their process and technology have greatly improved the customer experience. They clearly explain and show you on a large screen the condition of your car’s components and you can see on the screen what they charge for each recommended service along with a running total. No hard selling, just advice and recommendations. I was very impressed.

The staff at jiffy lube in Lindon are great. I go here all the time and Ben goes out of his way to open doors and calls me “sir” and is super polite. I’m a 23 year old man and I’m not really used to people being so polite but it’s nice of him to go out of his way. Thanks for great service!

The Lindon Jiffy Lube was great. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Jiffy Lube or any other auto service shop. They checked the fluids. I had purchased some wiper blades at Costco & they were in my front seat & they asked if they could change them for me. They also noticed my sticker on my plates was missing & they replaced that for me. I only went in for an emissions and they did more than expected. The greeter was extremely friendly & eager to help. I wish I remembered his name. Jesse & Ben were very accommodating. Great experience.

Went there to get a simple oil change. I'm from Seattle and after a 1,000 mile drive, thought it was time. First they make you get out of your car and go wait in a room full of other people. With cover, wouldn't staying in your car be better? I asked for an oil/filter change. The woman came back with an air filter and other things my car needed. I only want an oil change I told her which made her huffy. I finally got my car back and they charged me nearly $90 for an oil change!!! Later that day my oil light came on and started beeping. I'd driven less than 10 miles. I took it back to them. They told me my oil flow sensor was the culprit. It was fine before they started with my car. They wouldn't touch it and sent me to another mechanic shop who was ruder than they were. I phoned my mechanic in Seattle who scolded me for going to jiffy lube in the first place. He told me they use bulk oil of questionable quality and that's what my sensor detected. It didn't need to be changed. I also found that half the air filter holder clips had not been put back on. Luckily I found that before I was going 80 mph down the road. Stay away from this place

I had my emissions done and my tires replaced. I love the On-the-Spot renewal service. It's so handy. The price of the tires was competitive. The employees were kind and helpful. Would recommend.
