McKendree was so welcoming and a gracious guide throughout the practice. The practitioners in the class's inclusivity is a testament to the community that Out Here Yoga has cultivated. While I was just in town for a week and was only able to attend one class, I will continue to look at their schedule and will continue to take virtual classes there when the schedule at my home studio doesn't suit my schedule. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
I have never (and I mean never) stuck to a work out. I love how OHY connects my brain to the physical aspect with the inquiry work. I've never felt more connected to my body and my life.nnNot only am I full on addicted, I've never felt more included in a community. I know I can come just how I am and be accepted and seen as long as I show up on my mat.

I love how challenging and fast paced, but also extremely focused and centering each practice is. Love all the instructors and love the heat and the view is incredible. This is an amazing group of people.
