Location is nice and central. Can be a bit noisy between the river traffic and the downstairs restaurant. Offer up beat classes.

Went to a gentle yoga class here after two day road trip to Steamboat and it was everything I needed. Beautiful space and instructor was friendly and welcoming.

One of my favorite places in Steamboat. Great instructors, excellent classes, beautiful views from large studio windows add to the experience.

Went here for a gentle class with Cheryl while on vacation. Not only was she very welcoming, the class was excellent, and she spent a lot of time helping my sister, who is recovering from an injury. If you're looking for a yoga class or two while on a trip, this place is the way to go.

Love this place! I haven't had a yoga instructor I didn't like. Whether you're visiting town or a veteran local, this place will keep you healthy for skiing, biking ,climbing, you name it!!
