For the 3rd time I found myself in Steamboat in need of auto maintenance. Each time they have gone above and beyond in helping me and getting me back on the road. Great service and prices.
Needed a problem fixed quickly. Terry and the team did a great job of making repairs and getting us on the road. Diagnosed the problem. Called immediately with an estimate. Ordered the part and had it fixed within 2 hrs of receipt of the part. Good people. Well run. Good reputation. Would definitely recommend.
Kenny, the owner, was super nice and helpful when I called to inquire about his services. Logan came out to get our rig out of the ditch and up a big hill. He was patient, nice and easy to work with.
This is the first time I brought a vehicle to Doran Auto repair. We requested an oil change and full inspection. Dropped the car off at 8 and received a call that it was ready to pickup before noon. They only found a small steering reservoir leak and related what the cost would be to repair. Rest of inspection was good and they didn't need to replace plugs, filters, etc. I really appreciated the honesty and that they did not upsell and replace items that were still in good shape. Honesty and a fair price with prompt service goes a long way. I will be happy to use them again.
Excellent service! I was visiting Steamboat springs from out of town. The alternator died on my truck and I was able to get it repaired in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
