Periodic Table at Catamount Ranch

We ordered a Cajun pork roast for 4 to bake at home with grits and greens. Far exceeded our expectations. Easy to bake and amazing meal. I really hope they keep this option post covid.

Wow. If you are in Steamboat you need to prioritize this place for sure. Amazing and authentic Cuban cuisine from top to bottom. Cocktails were the best in the area for sure! We are tiki and speakeasy cocktail fanatics and this place fit the bill. We had the Hemingway and mai tais. Yum. For food we had the fried pork, plantains and ceviche, shrimp and then rips vieja for dinner. Combine all of this with amazing service and great music and you will want to come again! Can’t wait for our next trip.

This is the best restaurant in Steamboat. Great food, great service, great cocktails and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Get to periodic table ASAP because the menu changes at the end of September! Prepare to be transported to Cuba with the current menu and theme. The waitstaff's outfits, the music, the menu, and even the smell of Cuban cigar smoke accompanied the steak will make you think of Cuba. We had an incredible dinner here. We may return next week to try more items on the menu.
