Everytime I go I'm in and out. The staff is always really nice. I love my bank.
The folks in the mortgage department were pretty terrible to deal with. I spoke with several different lenders and my experience with Alpine was the worst. I thought it would be easy and convenient because I bank with them and have credit cards through them. David High wouldn't even give me a quote. He also knew nothing about USDA loans, and told me he would have his partner follow up with me, which never happened. Possibly because I wasn't buying a million dollar home, I wasn't worth his time. Maybe not the case, but that's how it felt.nI ended up going through Kathryn Pedersen at Fidelity, which was a wonderful experience.
