The quality of service is exactly what you would hope for in a banking institution. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Great bank with strong community roots - old school relationship based banking. When you call, a real person picks up the phone and you get the focused and personalized attention many of the large national banks abandoned years ago. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and overall support YVB is providing - recommended without hesitation.
