We had a very negative experience with this Autobody shop. They were not our first choice but our vehicle was damaged in a car wash and they made us use GR Autobody. They had our car for 4 weeks and when we got it back it looked terrible. The paint was swirled badly on a brand new vehicle and there were parts that were missing on the vehicle that were on the original quote. After going into the shop several times and complaining, they finally ordered the promised parts and reluctantly changed the windshield which was also on the original quote. Communication was poor as they never answer their phone and were often out of the office with doors locked during business hours. The quote was 20% cheaper than the other bid that we got and the quality of the work was not good.

These guys are great. They worked on my car after 5:00 pm on a Friday night. They adjusted my car door - they are prefectionists. It is so easy to close it now. And then, they did not even charge me. What a great place!

Half the price as every other auto body shop quoted me and an incredible paint job and repair! They got it done within 48 hours just like they said. These people deserve to be a local reliable go to auto repair shop!
